The processing time is around 1-14 business days. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade. Certain items do have different processing times and delays may also occur during sales or promotions.

All items ship worldwide from Washington
 - Shipping is calculated based on weight + location via USPS.
 - Domestic (within U.S.)
First class: 3-6 days (free on orders $50+)
Priority mail: 2-3 days (up to $50 insurance)
Priority mail express: 1-2 days (up to $100 insurance, guaranteed by USPS)

First class: 14-21 days
Priority mail: 6-10 days
Priority mail express: 3-6 days

Once the item leaves are facility we do not hold responsibility for any lost/missing/damaged items in the mail. You may file a claim with USPS https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All claims are the customer's responsibility with USPS and we don't respond to any shipping claims sent to us. We are not responsible for jewelry pieces that rust/tarnish or break.
