Colored Lifestyle does not offer returns or exchanges.
Please be sure to carefully review the measurements listed in each product description before placing your order. We are not responsible for items that do not fit or if an incorrect size is selected. If you are unsure of your ring size, there are many helpful tutorials on YouTube that demonstrate how to properly measure your size.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us through our website or send us a direct message on any of our social media platforms with clear photos of the damaged item. We will take care of the issue as soon as possible.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Missing Packages:
Once an order has been shipped, Colored Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be issued unless your package has not arrived 8 business weeks after the shipment date. The tracking information provided with your order will be used as proof of delivery status. Unfortunately, once a package is handed off to the mail carrier, we no longer have control over it and can only see the same tracking updates that you do.
